As for Oogie: You obviously never had a dog or you would understand that most of the time, the person is much more than just an “owner.” The title of this video is correct: Dog sees his Dad. Take the stick out of your ass.
That’s just silly. Had lotsa wonderful doggies, liked ‘em all dearly, but not loved, they are not human beings. “Dad – an informal term for a father; probably derived from baby talk” Why do you personify an animal? Well, OK, maybe you father your dogs, I don’t know.
Oogie is missing that “sensitivity” chip. You just don’t get it and from the tone of your comments, you never will… the only thing I agree with you about is that yes, dogs are much better, more amazing and loving creatures than at least 95% of humanity.
One other thing: adoptive parents may not have birthed their own kids but they are nevertheless parents… I may not have birthed my dog but I have cared for him like a “parent” would since he was born. I had to bottle feed him, keep him warm and clean… the whole nine yards, because sometimes the female dog doesn’t accept it’s puppies. To him I am his “mommy” as I am all he’s ever known.
